Health consultation (30 min)

As a former athlete, I struggled with sickle cell trait, a blood condition that causes anemia. Beginning in 2007, Ive acquired knowledge and methods to help me manage the complications and symptoms. The methods I’ve used, for the last 16 years, is to help anyone regardless of condition to gain a better understanding of how to better optimize health in a general sense. 

We have a 7 step approach or 7 natural doctors approach to health. By understanding what to do, how to it, and why it is important, we can all gain a sense of competency. Thus, gaining confidence by knowing what to do regardless of the current predicament.

We take a natural health approach by including all elements of nature to compliment the natural body, which allows for genes to express themselves constructively to work in your advantage. Living maximally with the tools we are given at the time and place we are at, is the goal. It has to be practical and it has to be convenient to match the current state of the world. We take pride in providing just that.
